Rising 650 feet above Biscayne Bay, the landmark development signals a defining moment for the group’s global expansion and introduces a new paradigm of urban living shaped by immersive experiences, cultural connection and holistic wellbeing. Developed in partnership with One Thousand Group, the 50-storey tower will be located at the convergence of Miami’s Edgewater, Design District and Wynwood neighbourhoods and is expected to open in 2030, becoming the first tower in the area to offer uninterrupted views across Biscayne Bay.
