Bob W, the tech- and AI-powered hospitality operator, has signed long-term lease agreements for two new design-led serviced apartment properties in Valencia, marking its first openings in the city and a further step in its growth across Spain.

The two ground-up developments, Bob W Valencia Patraix and Bob W Valencia Turia, will bring Bob W’s blend of local design, tech-enabled service and home-style comfort to two distinct Valencia neighbourhoods.
