Park Hyatt Phu Quoc is expected to open in December 2026 as the first Park Hyatt resort in Vietnam, welcoming guests for the festive season and New Year celebrations. Conceived as a contemporary Vietnamese Village by the Sea, the resort is designed to feel like a private seaside residence, combining Vietnamese character with the comfort of home.

Inspired by traditional Vietnamese coastal villages, where several generations live, cook and gather together, Park Hyatt Phu Quoc is arranged as a collection of courtyards, shaded pathways and gardens woven with the natural landscape and leading down to the sea. Balancing community with privacy, the resort will have 114 guestrooms and suites, 54 pool villas, and The Manor, an eight-bedroom private residence for multigenerational stays, with personalised itineraries tailored to guests’ preferences.
